Bjora Marches was released together with Icebrood Saga, Episode 1: Whisper in the Dark on

What's Happening?
- An old kodan hermit will be able to guide you in finding this.
Follow the event chain that begins in Jora's Keep called
- Escort the relief crew to the Aberrant Forest.
- Kill the nightmares hiding the survivors.
- Defeat the Boneskinner.
The books drops when the event chain completes.
You may need to be on the last step of The Hunger for the Boneskinner to drop the book for you.

Open all of the norn chests within Bjora Marches.
Must complete map META event to access Asgeir's Legacy!
