Festival of the Four Winds
Festival of the Four Winds is an annual festival that features a combination of most content from Bazaar of the Four Winds, launched on 9 July 2013 and Queen's Jubilee, launched on 6 August 2013.
The first Festival of the Four Winds event was launched on 20 May 2014 as a celebration for the China release and as a prequel to Living World Season 2. It became an annual event starting 23 July 2018.

Collect 52 sky crystals in the Labyrinthine Cliffs
Master Aspect Gatherer
Collect 10 master sky crystals in the Labyrinthine Cliffs.
Commodities Trader
Trade with vendors in the Labyrinthine Cliffs for Zephyrite Supply Boxes, and open the boxes.
Effigy Extinguisher
Use water balloons scattered around the top of the Labyrinthine Cliffs to extinguish the flame effigy.
Man Overboard!
Perform a dive off the deck of Kiel's airship, "Phoenix Dawn," into the water below.
The Rise and Fall of Kookoochoo
Search the Labyrinthine Cliffs and find all the fliers made to promote Koocoochoo's various acts over the years.
No One Likes a Wet Charr
Throw a water balloon at Evon Gnashblade and get him soaked.
Bundle Plunderer
Plunder 250 bundles of loot during the Labyrinthine Cliffs treasure hunt.
Masters of Ceremony
Attend the opening ceremony of the Festival of the Four Winds with Ellen Kiel and Evon Gnashblade.
Zephyrite Lost and Found
Find fallen Zephyrite kite baskets throughout Tyria and loot their contents.
