Acquire all the available medals from the Tyrian campaign.

    Defeat the Shadow Behemoth in Queensdale.

  2. Metrica Province Defense Commendation
    Defeat the fire elemental in Metrica Province.

  3. Blazeridge Steppes Service Cross
    Defeat the Shatterer in Blazeridge Steppes.

  4. Caledon Forest Combat Distinction
    Defeat the Great Jungle Wurm in Caledon Forest.

  5. Sunless Medallion
    Defeat Tequatl the Sunless in Sparkfly Fen.

  6. Mount Maelstrom Silver Heart
    Defeat the Inquest Golem Mark II in Mount Maelstrom.

  7. Frostgorge Sound Star of Valor
    Defeat the Claw of Jormag in Frostgorge Sound.

  8. Mark of Glorious Victory
    Assist in retaking/defending the Cathedral of Glorious Victory.

  9. Mark of Eternal Radiance
    Assist in retaking/defending the Cathedral of Eternal Radiance.

  10. Mark of Zephyrs
    Assist in retaking/defending the Cathedral of Zephyrs.

  11. Mark of Verdance
    Assist in retaking/defending the Cathedral of Verdance.

  12. Mark of Silence
    Assist in retaking/defending the Cathedral of Silence.

The Gandaran Service Medal

Acquire all the available medals from the Gandaran campaign.

Pre-requisite: Talk to Lady Camilla in Allied Encampment.

  1. Cannoneer's Service Mark
    Shut down Inquest cannons in Kourna.
    South of Apizmic Grounds waypoint. Make sure to take out the Menders whenever they spawn.
    Event: Disable the Awakened Inquest cannon before it can fire.

  2. Cannoneer's Distinction
    Shut down Inquest cannons in Kourna.
    Further south of Apizmic Grounds waypoint, past the wall. Make sure to take out the Menders whenever they spawn.
    Event: Disable the Awakened Inquest cannon before it can fire.

  3. ​Cannoneer's Ribbon
    Shut down Inquest cannons in Kourna.
    Outside & above Dabiji Hollows Mastery Insight. Make sure to take out the Menders whenever they spawn.
    Event: Disable the Awakened Inquest cannon before it can fire.

  4. ​​Slayers Medallion
    Kill the Awakened abomination in Kourna.
    This event occurs by the middle bridge to Gandara.

  5. ​Golemneer's Certification
    Reprogram a golem in Kourna.
    Find Researcher Maggin, south of Allied Encampment. Talk to him. Escort him and his golem. Then fight the Champion Mark I Golem at the end for this item.

  6. Defender's Mark
    Defend the thorn wall against the Awakened attackers in Kourna.
    An event just south of Allied Encampment waypoint. Make sure the Awakened attackers don’t destroy the wall.

  7. ​​Naturalist's Crest
    Regrow the thorn wall in Kourna.
    To regrow the wall, the above event must fail first. Then an event to regrow the wall will trigger.

  8. ​​Caravaner's Recognition
    Defend the caravan from loyalist attackers in Kourna.
    This event starts from Allied Encampment and goes to Arkjok Farmlands.

  9. ​​Inventor's Merit
    Help test an asuran "Rez-o-Matic" golem in Kourna.
    In Allied Encampment, look for Researcher Siris near the roller beetle starting area. Escort him and defeat Veteran Awakened Thekka at the end of the escort.

  10. Banner Ornament
    Obtained by completing Living World Season 4, Episode 3: Long Live the Lich story quests.

Rude Awakening

Kill Awakened and collect their blood.

​

Prerequisite: Talk to Lady Camilla in Allied Encampment.

She is just north of Allied Encampment waypoint.

Kill enough Awakened until you have 25 of their blood.

The Vial of Awakened Blood is one of the items needed to make the Banner of the Commander backpiece.

More Than a Hero &
More Than a Hero, a Symbol

Craft the Banner of the Commander.

​

Talk to Lady Camilla & purchase Lacquered Banner Pole and Recipe: Banner Pennon.

​

Lacquered Banner Pole

  • 1 Vial of Awakened Blood
    (from completing Rude Awakening achievement)

  • 10 Glob of Ectoplasm

  • 10 Ancient Wood Log

  • 100 Inscribed Shard


Recipe: Banner Pennon - 100 Inscribed Shards

Use the recipe. Consuming recipes on 1 char unlocks for all chars on the same account. You need 400 Armorsmith, Leathersmith or Tailor to craft this backpiece.

Go to the Volatile Magic Collector across the bridge from Allied Encampment waypoint and purchase 5 Olmakhan Latigo Straps (1500 Volatile Magic). This is needed to craft the Banner Pennon.

  • 100 Spool of Gossamer Thread

  • 5 Glob of Ectoplasm

  • 5 Olmakhan Latigo Strap

Craft the Banner of the Commander

  • 1 Lacquered Banner Pole

  • 1 Banner Pennon

  • 25 Orichalcum Ingot

  • 20 Unidentified Dye

  • 1 Banner of the Commander (from completing More Than a Hero)

  • 1 Heroic Banner Ornament (from completing Valor Beyond Valor achievement)

  • 1 Bolt of Damask

  • 1 Urn of "Heroic" Ashes (from Lady Camilla in Domain of Kourna. Need 500 Inscribed Shards)
