Hint: There is unusual magic in those special traps in the basilica.
Complete "Survive the trap room" in Lost Basilica. Then collect the magical orbs in and outside the Forbidden Vault [&BIAPAAA=].
Essence of Seer Spirit
Hint: I hear that seer spirits still roam these lands, and that might be a good thing to expose it to.
Complete "Escort Explorer Trygve as he follows the Seer ghost" in Crumbling Precipice.
Fragments of Seer Relics
Hint: Researchers are looking into some artifacts.

Gwyl Rings (10AP)

To Unlock: Discover a gwyl ring
Close the gwyl circles and restore their enchantment.

Speak with Cattra to learn more.
Astral Ward Researcher Cattra can be found East of Foothold Bivouac waypoint, near the HP. There is a gwyl ring near her.
Tend to the rock gwyl ring.
Pick up the rock by the pond and place it down and complete the gwyl circle.
Tend to the saurian egg gwyl ring.
The egg is on a ledge north of Hunter's Camp waypoint. The ring is on the ground a bit further east.
Tend to the bright fern gwyl ring.
Bright Fern is near some rocks on a cliff, north of Skyshroud Canopy. Head north to the ring.
Tend to the blue poppy gwyl ring.
Blue Poppies south of Twin Geysers PoI in Tranquil Glen. Head NW after picking it up.
Tend to the red mushroom gwyl ring.
Red Mushroom is east of the HP in the northern area of Command Complex. Head NW after picking it up.
Tend to the coconut gwyl ring.
The coconut can be found under a large tree, NW of Priory Expedition waypoint. The ring by the water below, straight north from the waypoint.
Tend to the frog gwyl ring.
South area of Skyshroud Canopy.
Tend to the butterfly gwyl ring.
NW of the map at Grotto of Spirits PoI. Have to go underwater from Weeping Falls PoI.
Tend to the wildflower gwyl ring.
The wildflowers can be found inside the choya cave at Choya Conclave PoI. The wildflowers gwyl ring is north from the wildflowers, just after the adventure marker.
