Coalescence is a legendary ring, obtained by completing collection achievements. These collections require having Path of Fire expansion and running some raids.

Description
Loot this item from the chest across Soulless Horror’s chest after you defeated the Soulless Horror.
Under the bridge leading to Dhuum after you have cleared all three encounters.
Behind Dhuum’s throne after you have killed him.
Combine Transcendental Binding, Ink and Parchment and 100 Pulsing Brandspark in the Mystic Forge.
From Temple of Kormir wp, head NW to the griffon roost. Type /sit and check for the buff. After 1 min, the buff will expire and you will get the item.
Hidden room on the cliff with the waterfall (where Historian Priory Elisa appears). To get to here, you can go through the Dwarven Ruins and find the tunnel filled with destroyers. When you get to the end with the waterfall, type/sit and get the buff. Wait for a minute until the buff expires to obtain the item.
Head to the SE corner of the map. Get on the small rock behind the waterfall. Type /sit and wait for the buff to expire for the item.
Far east side of the map (where you get the Dance Till You Drop achievement). Type /sit next to the statue and wait for the buff to expire for the item.
On top of the glass dome in Garden of Seborhin. Type /sit and wait for the buff to expire for the item.
NW area of Desert Highlands. Talk to Hasara. He is found on the hills, west of Palace of Aban PoI.
Coalescence II: The Gift
Its bloodlust somewhat lessened, your energy friend now desires to learn more about being. Also it wants a name.
To unlock this achievement, you must complete the collection achievement, Coalescence I: Unbridled. To begin, you must defeat at least one boss in Mythwright Gambit (Wing 6).

Iron Marches. Dewclaw Waypoint [&BOIBAAA=]
Head north to Cauldron of Searing PoI & look for the bottle right below the cauldron.
Fields of Ruin. Hawkgates Waypoint [&BNMAAAA=]
Talk to any Separatist Sympathizers in Stronghold of Ebonhawke.
Make sure Bottle of Contempt (Empty) is in your bag.
Mythwright Gambit (Wing 6)
Defeat Qadim & loot the chest that spawns. Must be from an instance where you have personally killed Qadim.
Lion's Arch. Trader's Forum Waypoint [&BBAEAAA=]
Jump into the Mystic Forge nearby. Make sure Bottle of Surprise (Empty) is in your bag.
Queensdale. Godslost Waypoint [&BPwAAAA=]
Head south to the Hero Point underwater. The bottle is among some seaweeds nearby.
Desert Highlands. Lommuld Kraal Waypoint [&BGoKAAA=]
Head east to Tomb of the Primeval Kings & go all the way to the end.
Interact with the wall to open a portal to Kormir's Library.
Talk to the Sanctum Librarian inside. Make sure Bottle of Fear (Empty) is in your bag.
Lornar's Pass. Durmand Priory Waypoint [&BOkAAAA=]
Head south. There is a cave opposite the Guild Rush marker.
Keep right. Go past the Champion Ice Wurm & defeat the Veteran Cave Troll.
Go through the fake wall on the right & enter Scarlet Briar's Secret Lair
Pick up the Bottle from a bookshelf inside the lair.
Lion's Arch. Western Ward Waypoint [&BC4EAAA=]
Head south to Field of Fallen PoI. Type /kneel by the Marriner Plaque.
Make sure Bottle of Anguish (Empty) is in your bag.

Head southeast to Splorge Metamystics Lab PoI.
Find the bottle on a triangular table.

Head south & enter Fractals of the Mists portal.
Go to the south isle & jump into the endless loop waterfall.
Make sure Bottle of Excitement (Empty) is in your bag.

Head south to the jump puzzle entrance. Pick up the bottle near a Coddler quaggan.

Head south to the water area where little quaggans are playing.

Head northwest & enter Seraph's Headquarters.
Pick up the bottle on the table right by Logan.
Desert Highlands. Makali Outpost Waypoint [&BGsKAAA=]
Head east to Glint's Lair PoI.
Make sure Bottle of Shame (Empty) is in your bag.
Double click the Alembic Apparatus in your bag.
Coalescence III: Culmination
Your energy friend is keenly interested in your decisions.
To unlock this achievement, you must complete the collection achievement, Coalescence I: Unbridled & Coalescence II: The Gift.
To begin, go back to Hasara in Desert Highlands to unlock it. You must do 1, 2 & 3 before you can purify the essences at Griffon Sanctuary for 5, 6 & 7.

For 5, 6 & 7, go to the Sunspear Sanctuary in Domain of Vabbi and interact with the Strange Energy. You must have completed 1, 2 & 3.

Head southeast to Spearmarshal's Lament PoI. The Griffon sanctuary is east of the mastery point, north of the griffon roost.
Alternatively, you can use Spearmarshal's Plea to teleport directly there.
