Use mortars to bring down a toxic offshoot.
Toxic Spore Cleanser (5AP)
Kill spore-corrupted creatures.
Toxic Spore Sampler (5AP)
Bring spore samples to Marjory at Thunder Ridge Camp.

Chapter 3 The Tower of Nightmares.
After reaching 2nd floor, drop down into the water, under the chest icon on map and swim further down. There is a pinkish item, near the wall, right at the bottom.
Recording 2 (The Nightmare Ends)
Chapter 6 The Nightmare Ends.
The recording is in the hidden room, right in the middle where the Storage Tanks are.
