Siege Turtle
The Siege Turtle is a mount that was released with End of Dragons and the new map, Dragon's End on 28 February 2022.
How to start
First, acquire a Turtle Egg by either completing the Dragon's End meta event The Battle for the Jade Sea, or by buying it from Peddler for 200 Writs of the Jade Sea. This will reward you with a turtle egg (not an inventory item) that unlocks the Stomping Around achievement
Follow the steps in Stomping Around achievement below.
Stomping Around
Unlock the siege turtle by completing siege turtle collections.
1. Received a turtle egg from the Dragon's End meta-event.
2. Bring the turtle egg to Rota in Arborstone, and discuss what to do next.
3. Complete the Turtle Unlock: Starting Small achievement.
4. Discuss additional feeding options with Rota in Arborstone.
5. Complete the Turtle Unlock: Getting Stronger achievement.
6. Complete the Turtle Unlock: Suiting Up achievement.
7. Talk to Rota to receive your turtle.
Turtle Unlock: Starting Small
Collect turtle food to help your little friend grow.
Turtle Unlock: Starting Small is the first of three achievements needed to obtain your Siege Turtle mount. Completing this achievement will award progress towards the Stomping Around achievement.
Obtained by speaking to Rota after receiving a turtle egg.
Made from 250 kale from Fidget in Arborstone.
Made from 150 carrots from Fidget in Arborstone.
Made from 250 lettuce from Fidget in Arborstone.
Made from 250 strawberries from Fidget in Arborstone.
Turtle Unlock: Getting Stronger
Feed your turtle various fish fillets.
Turtle Unlock: Getting Stronger is a Cantha achievement and the second step towards unlocking your Siege Turtle mount. Completing this achievement will award progress towards the Stomping Around achievement. In order to complete this you do need to have Fishing unlocked.
Obtained by speaking to Rota after helping the turtle reach adolescence.
Made from 100 fine fish fillets from Fidget in Arborstone.
Made from 20 fabulous fish fillets from Fidget in Arborstone.
Made from 10 flavorful fish fillets from Fidget in Arborstone.
Made from 5 fantastic fish fillets from Fidget in Arborstone.
Turtle Unlock: Suiting Up
Collect parts to construct a turtle saddle and turrets.
Obtained by speaking to Rota after helping the turtle reach adulthood.
A collection of well-worn Luxon tools used for saddle construction prior to unification.
Obtained from the remnants of the Jade Maw in Dragon's End.
Event spawns at Miner's Folly PoI.
Plans for a lightweight turret using jade tech. Once constructed, it should pack a punch.
Purchased from Elora in New Kaining City. The heart vendor just by Garden Heights wp.
Its small size and light weight make this power unit ideal for turrets that require mobility.
Obtained from the Aetherblade Renyak in Seitung Province.
Last boss of the map meta event.
Derived from alleola sap gathered within Echovald Forest. Can be used to sooth turtle skin when rigged with a heacy duty saddle.
Obtained by helping Doireann gather sap within Echovald Wilds. Derived from alleola sap gathered from the Forever Tree of Echovald Forest. This event is in the southern area of the map at Forever Tree PoI.
The plushest of seats designed for the plushest of seats.
Ripped from the gullet of a mighty leviathan off the coast of Seitung Province or New Kaineng City.
Plans for a propulsion system using jade energy. If it works, it should generate significant lift.
Purchased from a tengu spy in Echovald Wilds.
Northern area of Echovald Wilds. Complete the heart SE of Junkyard waypoint. Then talk to the tengu.
A thruster control unit recently used by allies of Minister Li.
Obtained in the Ministry of Security Strike.
Southwest of Minister Ward wp in Gwangsan Hill. Complete Kaineng Overlook Strike Mission.
Converted from 25 unidentified dyes from Fidget in Arborstone.
Purchase the Unidentified Dye from trading post and convert it at Fidget in Arborstone.
